Currently, gift baskets are the only items that can be shipped UPS Ground or Express. Arrival dates for ground shipping are estimated and depending upon the destination will vary between 2-5 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the number of days in transit. Our order entry system is programmed to calculate the approximate arrival date for ground shipments. If a specific arrival date is required, we suggest either overnight or 2- day. To insure freshness, cut flowers must be shipped Over-night. A special reduced rate for all fresh flower shipments is offered. All other gift selections are shipped Second Day or Over-night. Orders placed by 12 noon EST are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon EST are shipped the next business day. For example, if you place an order after 12 noon on Friday, that order would not ship until the following Monday. RJGifts4U reserves the right to alter the cut-off time
for same day shipping during peak holidays.
We are unable to ship to the following destinations: • P.O. Box (a physical address is required) • APO / FPO (military addresses) • Alaska & Hawaii • Internationally
Also, state agricultural restrictions in Arizona and California prevent shipping certain plant material. Our order entry system will identify the restricted items.
Dealer orders are defined as orders placed by (the retailer) shipping directly to their location. There is a $100 minimum order requirement. Dealer orders are custom packed; we do not require items to be purchased "by the case." Dealer orders are shipped "Best Way" and all freight charges are F.O.B. New York. Shipping charges for bulk orders are significantly lower on a
per item basis. Currently, the only items we ship in bulk are gift baskets. Once a bulk order leaves our dock, the transportation company becomes responsible. Customers should inspect all shipments upon arrival and note damages on the shipping papers before signing. Customers should alert RJGifts4U immediately of any damage. If an inspection is required, RJGifts4U will assist the customer in following proper procedure.
3 Dealer orders typically ship from our warehouse within 3 days from the date the order was placed. Dealer orders may be suspended during holiday peaks to reserve capacity for drop-shipments. OUR GUARANTEE: RJGifts4U guarantees customer satisfaction, we are here to

If your customer is not satisfied with their order we will, at our discretion, choose to replace it promptly or issue credit. If a full refund is demanded, we may at our discretion, ask that the item be returned.
• All discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt • Claims for orders returned due to incorrect address information or
refusal of acceptance by recipient will be charged a re-stocking fee of 50% of the retail value, plus shipping . Furthermore, RJGifts4U will charge customers for any additional fees billed to RJGifts4U by the shipper for product cost, shipping cost or address correction costs.
• All re-ship requests on returned items due to incorrect address or
refusal of acceptance by recipient, will incur an additional 50% charge of the retail cost plus additional shipping cost.
• For product shipping to HOSPITALS, HOTELS, COLLEGES, or any
similar locations, where delivery is attempted to the street address provided by the sender, on the date specified, there is no guarantee that the package will be delivered to the intended recipient or company. RJGifts4U assumes no liability for product that is lost within the delivery building, fails to be delivered by the employees or arrives after the recipient has vacated the premises. RJGifts4U offers no guarantee under these circumstances and absolutely no refunds will be issued Late-Deliveries: A limited guarantee is implied for all 2-day and overnight
shipments. If the parcel carrier fails to deliver your package on the requested day, your shipping charges will be refunded. Our refund policy does not cover deliveries that fall under:
• Acts of God (includes weather) • An act of war • Ground shipments (arrival dates are estimated) • High seasonal/holiday shipping volume (such as Christmas)
